[Premium-Rx] Need help finding a IC for a Harris RX

One of my R-2368B's is dead, the A11 BFO module has no output (although the
BITE indicated it was a bad A5) and I have tracked it down to U1 being bad.

I have tried all my regular semiconductor suppliers but I have struck out.
None of them stock Motorola chips (the Harris seems to be full of them).

Does anyone know where I can buy just one Motorola MC12013P (16 pin plastic,
/100 Pre-Scaler)??
