[Premium-Rx] RF 590 BITE QUESTIONS

I would use the BITE test button test check the receiver out. When the displays and logic do not work, what next? When the displays light up, most of thetime, the segments are lit on the left as in the test mode,a few have numbers and letters, but in no sequence.  8's are displayed on the right in most of the places others are blank.
The voltages at the power supply test points seem to be okay.
The front panel boards A13XX at the four test point on the left have 4.8 v on two of the test points and the other two have nothing . I have not found what color test points go with what voltages from the R590 manual copy.
As for the radio, most of the buttons do not change anything. there is very low back ground noise from the speaker. sometimes the display changes frequency with the # pad and the tuning knob.
