[Premium-Rx] Cubic 3030 Rx

Perhaps I shouldn't say this, as we could compete as buyers for
one later, but the original Cubic HF-1030 receiver was excellent
and had much better/standard ergonomics. However, they are
difficult to find and I'm still kicking myself for selling one
years ago. Prior to Cubic, someone else (associated with R&S, I
think) made the same or similar receiver.
