[Premium-Rx] Microtel PR-700A

Hi to all..

Anyone own or know of this receiver?  Rack mount -- something like 15 kHz to 2 GHz coverage with a pan display, 3K to 50K bandwidth, AM, FM, CW, SSB and sub-carrier modes.  Digital readout, but some with paddle freq. input (like RF-550's) and others with tuning knob and keypad.  Apparently it's a spook surveillance radio made in small numbers for customers with 3 initials.  

No -- I don't have one, but someone asked me who does.  He's looking for a manual, or any info on it.  I figured would ask here as it sounds highly premium-istic.
