[Premium-Rx] Rohde & Schwartz HF-Millivoltmeter URV 216.3612.82

Ladies and Gentlemen:

I don't believe this is too far off the topic, as we have been discussing
'premier' test equipment of late. I just acquired a Rohde & Schwartz HF-DC
Multivoltmeter - URV 216.3612.02 at the local flea market here in Cairo. It
joins a stable of other such instruments of byegone years, but it is at
least contemporary with my RF-590 and RF-1310 - and I am in need a
reasonably good instrument to measure dB at HF frequencies. Could anyone
give me a heads up on this instrument? What is it's frequency ceiling and is
there a schematic available anywhere? I've checked the usual web resources
and there appears to be nothing.
