Guys,

I also have had excellent luck with Thales Mackay Radio.  When I bought a
surplus antenna tuner, it was busted.  When I called Mackay, they put the
gentlemen on the phone who designed it!  He told me how to troubleshoot it
and then he faxed me a hand-drawn schematic of a simple control box.

I agree, wouldn't it be nice if other hi-end manufacturers were this
helpful?
