Does anyone have any info on this equipment?

It appears to be an HF preselector, with 10kHz incremental thumbwheel 
tuning and a pre-amp that can be swiched in or out of the signal path - 
sort of an external front-end and roofing filter, if the tuning increment 
can be believed to be indicative of actual selectivity.

Any data on age, specs or direct user experiences would be appreciated.
