Hi Dave,
Most older Racals (RA1772, RA6775 etc, etc). Also Skanti, Redifon,
Eddystone, Rohde&Schwarz. I suspect that most non-US premium receivers of
that era use a 1.4MHz second IF. The really good news is that that can size
and pin spacing seem to be standard across all manufacturers.
I suspect that Racal only moved to 455kHz when they started getting lots of
US business.
Regards,
Chuck

Subject: [Premium-Rx] RACAL-TYPE FILTERS
Hi,
can anyone suggest a receiver that will take the filters I am about to
describe? They are made by McCoy, they fit into the slots on my RA6790/GM,
I.E. the lugs at the bottom are not threaded, but they are 1.4MHz, as
opposed to the 6790s 465KHz, any ideas most welcome, thanks, Dave
