[Premium-Rx] Racal Synthesiser

Hi All
I'm not sure but suspect this is off topic so apologies in advance for that.
I've just bought a Racal Synthesiser on ebay UK that was described as being 
part of a large radio system.
As it's made by Racal Instruments, model number 9061, I think it's much more 
likely to have been made as a piece of test gear rather than as radio kit.
Online searches over the past few days have returned no information so if 
anyone does know what this is, or even better has a manual for it, I'd very much 
like to hear from you.
