I agree with Chuck.  I discovered that the DJVU viewer 
didn't want to work with the Mozilla browser, and got forced 
into using Explorer.  It's too soon to head down this road. 
All you're really saving is download time.  Storage space is 
almost free here in the 21st Century.  Stay with .pdf for 
the moment or support both formats.
