[Premium-Rx] Comments on djvu compression format

I agree with Chuck.  DjVu is a nice format but I have serious concerns about
its suitability for archival purposes.

Ten years from now, .PDFs will still be easily readable on any platform
running any OS.  That is much more important than anything else, including
compression efficiency or even online browsability.  I would not recommend
the use of any non-standard formats for the reference archive.
