[Premium-Rx] Wiltron Scalar Analyser

Can any of you kind people help me?
I am looking for a service manual (or just the circuits) for a Wiltron 5411A
scalar analyser. My analyser has an annoying fault which I have been trying to
fix without any info. Can anyone help with a copy?
I have tried Anritsu (who now own Wiltron) - but thy are not very helpful - and
quoted me $1000-00 for a just a CD (Yes - that was one thousand dollars)! - and
I had to state in writing the reason I wanted it!
