After an overwhelming response from the group, and beyond, I decided to
take the plunge and repeat my manual reprint project which many of you took
advantage of several years back. Luckily, I kept the original, and so the
resultant reprint should be every bit as good as the first time
around. It's quite a massive undertaking for the copiers I assure you,
with all of those big fold out schematics. This is the full technical
manual, every page of it, about 1 1/2" thick, nicely bound with the black
Cerlox binding. No one was disappointed last time, and I'm sure I can
promise the same this time around. I opted to have just 25 manual
reprinted. They should be ready for shipment within two weeks, so lots of
time for the orders to come in. Due to the limited run (I think I had 50
printed last time), the cost is a bit more. The biggest increase, I think,
however is in shipping costs. I checked at Canada Post and it is totally
dependent on location in the world (upto about $36.00 air shipping). I
think the best way to deal with the orders is to have a base price, and I
will then calculate the shipping to wherever your address is. You can also
pick the shipping method of choice, though I expect the best way for most
will be by the good old post office. A couple of hints for you fellas in
the States. Expedited post is as fast and cheap as Air Mail, and it is
also trackable, and it's insured for $100. Rates are somewhere in the
$12.00 range. A pretty good deal. For overseas, one way to save big time
is to use surface. I'm told that this is in fact by air, but on a space
available basis, so this might still be a better way to go, and almost 2/3
cheaper.
The cost this time around will be USD$72.50 plus the shipping
costs. Please verify your orders with me, and I'll individually calculate
the total cost and provide you with my address. I can also be paid via
VISA/MC/ or PayPal. Lot's of options guys!
I hope that I haven't broken any cardinal Premium-Rx rules by doing this in
this manner, but the interest was so widespread!
PS: Some of the first run manuals fetched over $150 on eBay the first time
around.
