[Premium-Rx] Manual site... a clarification

The manual site I referred to is for WW II vintage military radios, with an
emphasis on the WS 19 and WS 22 sets. Those sets use valves, not
microprocessors.

The post was to illustrate one means of handling a technical info resource, not
to list a source for modern equipment manuals.
