what type of 1310 do you have that by IT'S self makes 400mw..  nominally the
output it capped at no more than 130mw or so..  indeed if you have 1 of the
various outboard 2nd stage amplifiers then your power output can be in this
range .. as the rf-1310  100mw drive level is almost infinitely adjustable
