I think it would depend on the output level of the standard, 
which most likely is a bit higher than the average multicoupler
is happy about. It also depends a bunch on what your receivers
expect in the way of signal level from the standard. I think it's
well worth doing. 

You might Google for "RF distribution amplifier" or "video 
distribution amplifier". I got a bunch of hits on both, and some
look interesting.
