[Premium-Rx] HARRIS RF-350K TRANSCIEVER

Hi,
    can anyone tell me the connection details for the 10MHz frequency 
standard from one of the above transcievers, there are three wires, one 
yellow, one black, (earth) and one orange, and also operating voltage if 
possible, any reply much appreciated, Dave
