In this case, you need to enter something like 'TM 11-6625-2941' in the 
TM Number field.

I've been downloading stuff from here for at least a couple of years
w/no complaints from anybody, but as you said, you need access to get at
anything that's not publicly released.

Now that I think about it, Nolan used to get a lot of stuff from these
guys and he seems to e disappeared a while back...
