[Premium-Rx] Need Some Help -- Off Topic

I need some help.  Someone told me this is a picture of Greg Bailey, our 
esteemed Group founder.  But....I'm not so sure.  I recognize the house and 
I can usually recognize him by his tennis shoes.  The following picture 
does me no good.  Can anyone help out -- I heard there was some commotion 
within his neighborhood.
