[Premium-Rx] SERVER CHANGE COMPLETE

The Premium-Rx list move is now complete. The old list address will remain 
active for a short while, but posts should now be sent to:

premium-rx at ml.skirrow.org

Each member received a 'welcome' message from the new server. It contained 
a URL for your personal list homepage, and one for the list information page.

If you didn't see this message, or deleted it, your personal homepage can 
be accessed from

http://ml.islandnet.com/mailman/options/premium-rx/YOUR_EMAIL_ADDRESS

You can set your list options from this page: for example, suspend mail 
delivery, ask for posts in Digest form, etc, and change the temporary 
password provided in the welcome message.

That's it from me for now. I'll let you know when we resolve how the 
archives on the SDSU server will be handled.
