[Premium-Rx] Switchover to new server

Thanks for your help in testing the new server software. I will be 
unsubscribing the test group shortly. You'll be resubscribed when the 
entire list is switched over (probably later today or tomorrow). This is 
needed only so that you'll get the usual "new subscriber" page that 
contains useful info about the server, including how to access your 
personal options page.
