Thanks for the reply.  You're correct  -- the certificate is out of 
date.  I opened the site in Firefox, which is better for reviewing 
certificates, etc.

It says:

Validity
Not Before
Mon, 03 Nov 2025 04:27:37 GMT
Not After
Sun, 01 Feb 2026 04:27:36 GMT

I usually use Microsoft Edge, which isn't so hot for reviewing technical 
details, etc.  -- too much garbage.
