[PPRAANet] PPRAA 10 meter event

At the club meeting last week, it was announced that PPRAA will be 
having a 10 meter event tomorrow (Friday, March 21, 2025) at 8 PM 
Mountain Time.

It was also announced that 10-10 International members would be giving 
out their numbers to others, so that they could apply for 10-10 
membership when they accumulated enough 10-10 contacts.

Main purpose of this email:  If you are a 10-10 member and forgot your 
10-10 number, email me your call sign, and I can tell you what it is.

Detailed contents of this email:

I forgot my 10-10 number, and could not to find out to search for it on 
https:/www.ten-ten.com  So I found out that to do that you have to have 
an app. on your PC.  But the person that wrote the app passed away in 
2022 and did not leave any instructions on maintaining the app.  So some 
other members tried to rewrite the app in visual studio.  I finally got 
that installed on my PC, but there were no instructions on how to look 
up your 10-10 number. After an hour of head scratching, I finally 
figured it out.  I had to download a database as a text file and import 
that into the app.  And then it was confusing to find out how to search 
on the app from the database.  You can't search the text file for your 
10-10 number, because the call signs are all listed first, and then the 
numbers are all listed.
