Last month I provided the wrong info for the Senate version -- that was 
last year's version (which didn't pass).  Congress has been slow on 
updating their web sites with these bills, and their text.  They finally 
put the Senate version on its web site a few days ago, even though it 
was introduced in early February. Contact your House Representative and 
your Senators and ask them to support these bills.  They are bipartisan.
