[PPRAANet] HR 1094 Amateur Radio Emergency Preparedness Act

At tonight's meeting, John KDØSFY briefly talked about a new bill 
introduced to Congress (HR 1094) "To amend the Communications Act of 
1934 to prohibit the application of certain private land use 
restrictions to amateur station antennas, and for other purposes."
I found this text of the bill on the ARRL's web site:

In my opinion, the text should be considered as draft at this time. And 
I'm sure Congress will make some changes to the bill after they get done 
"massaging" it.  The part of the bill I like is that it permits 
installation of verticals up to 43 feet.
