Don’t Call Me, i’ll Call You (Call Blocker)
I have been using a Panasonic KX TGA710 Landline Telephone Blocker for several years now. It only blocks telephone numbers that are stored in the memory black list. That has not been too effective because the CO spammers use many different numbers picked at random and now the Panasonic blocker memory is full.
In the past i found a way to spoof the spammers by sending all my calls to my answering machine. The answering machine has a very short preamble so it completes its message before the spammer realizes that the number has been accessed. When they select my number it is either busy, blocked or shows no connection.
There are still 5 to 10 calls per day that go through this cycle and that causes a lot of background noise in my shack. These guys have wrecked the regular Telephone land line network.
The majority of spam calls i get show a phone number on the first line and then a City or other name on the second line. The Panasonic blocker does not have the ability to block the second line names. The spammers are randomly changing numbers but they use the same names over and over again.
I have recently found a new system called the ‘Ultimate Call Blocker’.
The Ultimate Call Blocker allows me to block these spam calls by the second line names.
The names the spammers use are cities like: Florence CO, Campo CO, Denver CO or TOLL FREE, Wireless Caller, Out of Area, etc.
Almost all real people callers have their phones programmed with their name and not their city or state.
It also allows me to block any non-profits or political calls by name.
The Ultimate Call Blocker has a Web connection (WiFi or LAN) to the data base of known spammers. When a call is received it searches the Black List , Which includes those Spammer City names.
It isn’t easy to get it operational, You have to set up an account, Add a password for WiFi connection, add your names and cities to the Blacklist. Wait to get account approved, Yearly subscription might be needed.
Lots of computer hoops to jump through, SSID Password, etc. I had to connect my WiFi and LAN Cable to get it working..
It is blocking my Spam Calls without a single ring on my phone.

Some of the ‘Robocallers’ have Telephone Answering Machine detection or they might be programmed to stop calling numbers that never answer. They have their own ‘Do Not Call’ list to identify numbers that never answer.
See the types of the tools they use to generate the calls at: https://www.dialmycalls.com/features/robocall-service
https://callconfident.com/call-center/
https://vanillasoft.com/solutions/business-function/call-center
They have software that allows them scan various web sites to see if their calling numbers have been identified as robocallers. Like an Anti-missile-missile. DialMyCalls’ robocall software can send out approximately 3,000 calls per second.
