[PPRAANet] vertical antenna available

I have a new GAP Antennas Titan DX multi-band vertical available, free to a

After two attempts to lift it up on a 25 ft mast I have decided this beast
should be mounted on a short mast from a standing vertical position. In
other words, best for living in the plains rather than in the forest.  The
large counterpoise, and the need for a rope guy on the antenna (because of
the fairly large wind surface area), makes this antenna difficult to hoist
up from horizontal.

 

I'm in thick pine forest, which is why I want my vertical on a tree-height
mast.

 

A few of the antenna components have minor bends from all the handling, but
otherwise its new and shiny.  It is fully assembled, other than disassembly
of the counterpoise for transport.

 

The assembled antenna is 26 ft long, so partial disassembly may be required
unless you have a very long truck or trailer.

 

I also have several sections of 1" black iron pipe to give away.  Useful for
assembling a mast for a dipole or other lightweight antenna.
