[PPRAANet] Update - Amateur Radio Preparedness Act

I contacted Representative Jeff Crank's office today and asked them to
support HR 1094. I also asked when is the best time to contact your
representatives to support this bill. They said the best time is when
the bills exit the committees and are referred to the House (or Senate)
floor. HR 1094 has been referred to House Committee on Energy and
Commerce, and S 459 has been referred to Committee on Commerce, Science,
and Transportation. If no action is taken on the bills in committee,
they are likely to die there.
