I just finished participating in the above training event, but I'm 
forwarding the instructions, which contains detailed information about 
how a major Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) can affect our electrical power 
distribution system.  This may be of interest to PPRAA members.

This exercise may have been timely, because according to 
https://www.spaceweather.com/ , there may be a "cannibal CME" (a CME 
that is large and traveling fast enough to gobble up smaller CMEs in its 
path) headed towards Earth.  This is supposed to arrive tomorrow, but 
sometimes CMEs like this arrive early.
