Just talked to 'Dad' (Anna and Stephanie's dad)..
He was talking to them on 446.000.
They got strong enough for me to tail end one of their transmissions and get through their coded squelch receivers.
Dad said he didn't know it was illegal to use the walkies talkies. He just bought them and started using them (3 years ago).
He said they would change frequency...

Barry, W0MOG, heard me talking to them.

   Barry said he was hearing the commercial repeater that is jamming 146.52 also. The have a clock noise on the transmissions and tend to use profanity. They also have a Roger Beep, (That is an old CB method for telling the other person that you have stopped transmitting).

Kids on 446.
2 sisters on 446.000 exactly.
They have been on the frequency for 3 years.
Got their names and one of them said "Roger That".
Anna, Stephanie, and sometimes Mom.
They are using DCS coding with a "Roger Beep".
If your daughters have HT's please make sure they are not on the Calling Frequency.
