[PPRAANet] Need circuit design help

I've backed myself into a corner on a 12v lighting control system install. LEDs on a vehicle / direction light bar. Who is feeling frisky, knowledgeable, and up to lend a hand? I know it is a simple solution but my brain has melted & I'm not to proud to ask for help. I have a rough diagram ready to send if you respond.
