[PPRAANet] New Ham Operator deal from QRZ

I ran across this on the Ham Radio (HRO) Facebook page and thought it worth
sharing as I know not everyone is on Facebook. It seems like a pretty sweet
start-up deal for us newbies. I’m a QRZ member and signed up for this. Once
my stuff arrives, I’ll post an update.
