OH ALSO I forgot to add.... If there is equipment that the club would rather not sell, I have room on our property that is secure and alarmed. Wouldnt be an issue, throwing it out there

Is there a lease in place? Was proper notice given to vacate? Even
if it was, there are certain requirements for eviction that will go
beyond 4/1. Seems that a little negotiation could make the time frame
to vacate a bit more user friendly. All of this presupposes that
timely notice was not given, and we did not respond. Hate to see
important decisions and actions taken made under such time frames.
That's just me, however.

Kyle, at first I was just going to reply to you alone, then thought
perhaps it would be better to reply-all. I have a few
questions/thoughts, so in no particular order, here goes:

With "move everything off of property and liquidate almost everything"

does that mean that there are no more opportunities for finding a home

for the club station?

Understanding that the club has a lot more than the "club station," is

there some sort of inventory of what needs to be liquidated?? (No
matter
how primitive it may be)? It could be helpful in piquing interest in
the
items available, especially with the short notice before 4/1.

This timing conflicts directly with the LARCfest in Longmont; I wonder

if another date/time might have been a little better. Maybe even a
Sunday afternoon?? Like 4/2.

Hello everyone,

I apologize, I forgot to include a link to some pictures. Please note,
not
everything is the pictures will be for sale as some items may be used
by
the club in the future.

Dennis,

There could be opportunities to find a new home, however, with the
time
crunch we're on (we have to be off the property in less than 90 days),
the
cost and effort associated with finding a new location, moving
everything,
then setting up antennas and how many people would actually use it,
the
board voted to liquidate everything. We didn't want to spend the
money,
blood, sweat and tears for only a handful of people to use it, then be
told
in another year or two that we have to vacate the property again.
Until we
can either purchase property, or find a very long-term lease, we don't
believe a permanent club station is feasible.

We do have any inventory of what is out there and I'll work on getting
that
sent out. I just sent out another email of some pictures that were
taken
yesterday. The club is absolutely more than just the club station in
Ellicott, and we are working on plans for the future where we will be
utilizing some of these items.

We didn't really consider the conflict with LARCfest to be honest. Our
main
concern is removing everything from the property as quickly as
possible. We
wanted to get the process started as soon as possible. Some of us
could
probably be out there on Sunday 4/2 as well. I believe we also plan to
be
out there the following weekend as well, and the weekend after until
we can
get everything moved off. Another issue we faced is that once we get
into
May, most people's weekends are already booked so our resources will
be
limited.

Thanks,
Kyle

Just my 2cents worth. Given the current price of some new copies of
Windows that?s an excellent price.

microcenter.com I call attention to their refurbished computers. Over
the past few years, I have purchased a few of the same or similar
units (as the one mentioned below) to replace failing ones. So far,
they seem to be holding up quite well.
