[PPRAANet] ARRL membership offer

I’d suggest maybe a separate “silent” raffle for at least the first ARRL membership voucher where club members who are not ARRL members can put their call on a slip of folded paper to draw the winner and announce the winner by email or phone. Just thinking if keeping with the theme of helping those who can’t afford an ARRL membership may not be buying raffle tickets either. 

Just a thought.
