Fixed it! We are properly listed now.
I was poking around on my computer and realized that we weren't listed on the ARRL event calendar. Steve, WV1X was quick to respond & got it sorted for us. So now, everyone who goes to the calendar will know that Megafest 2023 is a GO and sanctioned by ARRL! If you have any relatives who are thinking of getting married that weekend or some such activity, just point them here: http://www.arrl.org/hamfests/search type in Colorado or Megafest. That way they will realize that July 22 is BOOKED. Joking aside, hope to see you there! 😎

I’m sorry for the delay in posting the information about your hamfest. It should have appeared on the ARRL Web calendar soon after I originally wrote to you last month. I discovered that I needed to “re-push” the data for your hamfest to show up on the ARRL Web’s Hamfest Calendar.
Your hamfest is also scheduled to be listed in July QST’s Convention and Hamfest Calendar column.

I was wondering when this will be listed on the ARRL Events calendar? It is currently not listed. Being on their lends us a great deal of credibility as I approach vendors and solicit donations. Any information is fully appreciated.
