[PPRAANet] RadioGram Birthday Greetings

I’d like to send a radiogram birthday greeting to my grandson. His info is:

No call sign yet, birthday is today: 8 March. One year old so timing isn’t important!

There is a radio club in Starkville but I don’t know how active it is.
