offset / 107.2 CTCSS - Any weather nets, priority, or emergency traffic will
take precedence.

Site Communications will be Simplex - 446.1750

In order to maximize our time on the air, I have created a schedule
(Attached & One Drive Link Below) for people to sign up. It's set up in
hour increments over the 24 hour operating period, if you sign up, you don't
have to take the full hour, I'm sure there will be others who will only want
to try it for a little while. Don't be shy - "shyness can ruin so many good
opportunities" - Author Unknown.

If you would like to take a slot, please send me an email and I will get you
added to the schedule and update it.

Only 1 station can be on a band at one time - i.e. if station 1 is on 20M
(any mode) - all other stations won't be - if station 1 is on 20M and
station 2 is on 15M - the GOTA station can be on any other band but 20M or
15M. Please pay attention to this when signing up for a slot.

Station #1 and #2 are capable of operating CW, but haven't been set up that
way previously - so if you are wanting to operate CW you will need to bring
your own Key and be ready to help get either station set up in CW mode (we
will have the station owners and user manuals available to help).

That being said - if you really, really want to operate CW (like Jim K3ILC
did last year - he was a trooper and stayed up all night long - and got
hundreds of contacts), meaning take multiple slots we can could change
things up a bit and go to Class 3A by setting up a separate station just for
CW. To do this we will have to overcome a couple logistical challenges -
the biggest, we need someone to provide a shelter for the station
(preferably an RV of some sort or an enclosed trailer - it doesn't have to
be fancy, just weather proof and a way to get coax into the equipment) -
then someone will need to provide the equipment (station, battery(s),
solar), we can cover an antenna 80M-10M, but may need someone(s) to bring
additional coax as there will be some distance involved to get antennas
spread out.

This is a great chance to get involved with your club, meet some new people
with similar interests, grow your knowledge of Amateur Radio, and just have
some fun. This event is only once a year so don't let it slip by.

73,
