[PPRAANet] Zero Beat Archive Project Status

I just reached a milestone in archiving Zero Beat newsletter issues on
the Archives website - https://archive.org/details/ppraa
I have archived all the issues from 1980 to present, and a few earlier
years (1961, 1970, etc).  There are currently 525 issues accessible for
viewing.

One thing that is interesting, is that archive.org has a pdf/jpeg to
text converter -- all these issues appear to be viewable as test files.
The text converter is so-so -- it gets garbled, if the text isn't clear
in the images, and when an article continues in a new column or page,
that confuses it also.  But the neat thing is that you can search the
entire database by text.  At the top of the left column is a search box
-- click the button labled "text", type in the term you want to search
for, and then click the search magnifying glass.

The text converter doesn't understand the "Ø" symbol -- a "Ø" is
translated as "@".  So if you wanted to search all the issues for
"KDØKQL", you'd have to search for "KD at KQL".

I've learned a lot in doing this project.  I hope to have the remaining
Zero Beats in my possession archived within the next few weeks.  This
project has helped me attain one of my goals -- to organize and be able
to share PPRAA's historical documents.
