Agreed - that looked fishy to me too.

Li-Ion and LiFePo power stations cost about $0.60 ~ $1.00 per 
watt-hour.  Getting a decent brand (Jackery, Bluetti, Anker, EcoFlow, 
etc.) towards the lower end of that range is a solid deal.  Much 
lower... be very very suspicious.  Also check into the support 
reputation of the company.

Also, on the power stations and ham topic, note that these portable 
power stations often have floating ground and floating neutral.  Some 
have no ground interconnection between receptacles at all.  Know your 
power station well and how to manage grounding & neutral for your 
intended use.

It's also good to look for an appropriate NRTL certification (UL, ETL, 
TÜV, etc) to (for example) UL 2743.  And if you're curious what UL 2743 
or other standards test for, the standard is available for free online 
viewing (no search capability) if you sign up on UL's website.
