[PPRAANet] Free Li Ion and NiCad Cells

Many LiIon cells.
a Grab Bag... Many old and weak.
About 24 - 18650's  and 4  - 26650 cells.
3 new 14500's.
   These cells can become like an Estes Rocket motor if you over charge them.
   LiIon batteries don't get hot when charging, If they do get hot
Shut them off and take them out side to a safe area.

Some old NiCad's in the bag too.
No Chargers.
