i have a big Sorensen  DCR 40-25B power supply for sale.
Adjustable to 40V with 25A Max.
i have been using it at 28V at 10A.
Not sure the regulator is working.
It has current limiting and metering for V & A.
This is a linear PS, No RFI from this one.

$50, you pick up in COS, it is heavy.
Shipping would be very expensive.
