Here's an interesting web site.  You can enter your call sign, and it 
will show your location on a map, with the call signs and locations of 
any other amateurs in your area.
Or you can search by zip code -- or grid square -- or street address.

The curious thing about this site is there's no advertising on it, and 
it doesn't have any clue about who created it.
(You can use whois.com to find out who hosts it, etc.)
I received this info today in an email from one of my high school 
buddies, K3SKE, who now lives in VA.  A lot of us had ham licenses in 
high school, and still remain in touch with each other.
