I don't get out like I used to and spend a lot of time in the shack. It feels like being back at the rehab facility. Being by myself, nothing to focus on. last night I had a serious depression episode and went to VA this morning and signed up for every program VA felt would be beneficial including PTSD. It is just kind of lonely as Rhoda sleeps a lot during the day. my voice is so bad my phone voice recognition software cannot understand me. I feel my usefulness to PPRAA might be at an end.
