[PPRAANet] Looking for Advice

Currently I only have a Yaesu FT-60 (HT) and am looking to purchase a mobile
radio that I can use in my house.  I live in Peyton and monitor for CERN and
need something stronger than the HT.  As you can guess, I am very new to Ham
Radio and clearly a child regarding knowledge as to what is best.

I do plan on getting a desk radio, but was thinking that the Mobile might
give me more flexibility as a second radio.   I am open to thoughts and
suggestions.   If you have specific suggestions for a radio and antennal
(models) as well as power supply so that I can operate from multiple
locations that will be very much appreciated.   I purchased my HT from
GigaParts and am very happy with it.
