[PPRAANet] Changing callsign

Hi all,

I'm changing callsigns - I snuck a couple of vanity applications in 
before the fee increase and managed to get one of them.

Old callsign - AEØQF (sequential)

New callsign - AK6B

No connection at all to region 6, the "6" just looks enough like a "G" 
to make it have meaning to me.  Hopefully this one will come across 
clearer; the "AE" prefix just tends to be a bit unclear unless spoken 
phonetically....
