[PPRAANet] Tower Questions? AND tonight's set up activity

Regarding "tonight's set up activity".......

At what hour is this to commence and end?

I may not be able to help a lot with the actual setup (pulled muscle) 
but I'd like to bring a couple hand trucks (if still wanted/needed) as 
well as set up the VE testing area - "site survey" if you will.
