Hello all,  I got to spend a while yesterday with Mike.  It was really good to finally see him.  He's pretty much bed-ridden unless they are getting him up for physical therapy,  and he's REALLY bored! It's hard for him to talk unless the therapist comes in to fix a plug in his airway tube,  but we chatted with him using his little whiteboard.   He said he'll be there for 10 more weeks (that's the limit with his insurance), then he'll need to move home.  That would mean clearing out his living room for possibly a hospital bed. He was concerned about getting a wheelchair that will fit thru his front door etc.  Rhoda showed up and said the yard will need to be cleared to maintain their insurance. I'm not sure by when.  She's also trying to deal with car issues.  

So,  they have a lot on their plate.  I'll keep visiting him as often as possible.  I offered to bring a code generator and key,  but he wouldn't go for it!  We did have a few good laughs!
