[PPRAANet] qrz log book

I've noticed that qrz.com has updated its logbook.  It said that if I 
wanted to continue using my logbook, I had to update the "end date" (the 
end date in my log book showed 3-12-21 I think).  So I updated my end 
date to 3-17-27.  Also, it required me to fill in my CQ and ITU zones, 
to accept the change.  (In Colorado Springs, we are in CQ Zone 4 and ITU 
Zone 7.)
