Yep.  I will confirm it is true.  ARRL posted in on their website and sent it out in an email to all ARRL members on Monday and it was posted on our Facebook Group and the Colorado ARRL Section Facebook group as well.  I am sure it will also be mentioned in the meeting tonight.
