Good morning all,

  I spoke with Rhoda this morning and here is the latest information concerning Mike.

  If everything goes well,  he will be in surgery this morning to have his broken hip repaired.  In fact, he's probably in surgery currently.   Please send your kind thoughts to him for a successful outcome.

  As for going to his property to start cleanup and repairs, Rhoda requests that everyone just hold off at this point.   Power is being restored in the alley next to their house and there are a lot of wires down.   Pictures must be taken for insurance coverage purposes and it's a potentially dangerous situation.  Please comply with Rhoda's wishes and hold off for now.

  She wishes to thank everyone for their offers of help and support.  The time for hands on work will come soon enough.

  Rhoda JUST called and Mike is being rolled into the OR just now.  Same surgeon who did her hip repair in October!  Send those kind thoughts out!
